Lauren has over 15 years of senior leadership experience in health and community services and aged care, driving service quality excellence, workforce transformation and financial sustainability. As Acting Executive Director of Aged Care Services at MercyCare, she leads teams across residential aged care, home care and retirement living.
Passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams, Lauren has successfully led large-scale workforce and growth strategies that enhance workforce retention and drive improvements in service quality. She is dedicated to leveraging innovation to enhance both care outcomes and operational efficiency and has championed a number of AI initiatives in aged care services. Lauren is committed to empowering the next generation of aged care professionals to ensure a sustainable, thriving aged care sector.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science (Nursing), a Bachelor of Arts, and an MBA, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
