Robert Peoples is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the aged care, disability, and education sectors. Passionate about making a meaningful impact, he has played a key role in enhancing support services and educational programs for industry partners.
As an expert in aged care and academia, Robert has dedicated his career to strengthening the aged and disability sectors. With a deep understanding of their unique challenges, he has developed innovative strategies to improve workforce capacity and professional development. In 2024, Robert and South West TAFE were finalists and winners at the Victoria Training Awards, later earning a bronze medal at the Australian Training Awards for their industry collaboration in aged care, supporting regional and remote organizations.
